Pomegranate (Punica granatum L.)

Pomegranate is a thorny tree or bush. The plant is native to South-western Asia from India and Pakistan to Iran. Pomegranate is cultivated in Turkey.

Peels of fruit are using for yellow-brown and black colors. Known as in English Pomegranate, German Granatbaum, French Grenadier, Greek Rhoia and Arabic Rom-man names with yellow-brown and black colors naturel dyestuff.
